01.Concept Plans
Preparation of high-level concept plans to communicate vision, layout, and intent. Used for stakeholder engagement, funding applications, and early approvals before detailed design.
02.Concrete & Paving
Installation of concrete paths, paved areas, and hard surfaces to improve accessibility, circulation, and durability. All surfaces comply with safety, accessibility, and slip-resistance standards.
03.Project Management
End-to-end project management coordinating design, construction, contractors, and scheduling. Includes health and safety management, school liaison, staging around term times, and quality control.
04.Softscaping
Final landscape finishes including soil preparation, mulching, planting, and turfing to complete the project. Softscaping enhances usability, comfort, and visual cohesion across the school grounds.
05.Planting Services
Selection and installation of hardy, low-toxicity plants suitable for school environments. Planting supports shade, biodiversity, visual interest, and ease of maintenance.
